Return
Please send an email to customercare@topgearfits.com if you would like to return a product. We will confirm your request via email and begin the return process. Regretfully, returns without prior notification cannot be processed. If the product is not entirely to your satisfaction or have you changed your mind, there is no problem at all. You have 30 days to return your goods.
Return Shipment
During the cooling-off period, we will be required to deduct a percentage of the sales price from the amount to be refunded if there is damage or evidence of use other than the necessary use. Returns must be complete and sent in their original packaging, and they must be packed in a protective box to prevent damage.
Pickup Service
The product must be ready for shipment at the designated time at the location where it was originally delivered, preferably in its original packaging and palletized if possible. If you do not have a carrier, we will contact a transport company for a “home pick up.” Typically, heavy products are picked up by a pallet truck. If you do not have a carrier, we will set up a pick-up order for a time that works best for you, but it must always be between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
You will receive an email confirming that the return shipment satisfies the terms and conditions for return shipments. If everything is in order, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of pick-up.
In this case, the courier must be able to get his pallet truck as close to the product as possible. The refund will be processed as soon as possible, always within 10 business days. We will keep you updated at every stage of the process.
Is the product defective or incomplete?
In the unlikely event that this happens, we’ll find a quick solution.
