Purchase
Purchase agreement By placing the order, you agree to these terms and conditions and indicate that you are legally authorized to enter into binding purchase agreements. Products will only be shipped when the money has been received by TopGearFits Europe. Only then is the purchase agreement finalized. The customer will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided. That is not yet a payment confirmation.
Customer details TopGearFits Fitness assumes that the information entered by the customer when placing an order, for example address details, is correct. The customer should therefore check these carefully before placing the order. Any costs that have to be incurred for transport to a wrong address are at the expense of the customer. To change or cancel the order or customer/address details after placing the order, please contact us via the contact details on the website. The order can only be changed or canceled free of charge before it has been put on transport.
VAT The prices of the products on the TopGearFits website include VAT. For orders on behalf of companies, (government) institutions or customers outside the European Union, it is possible to make orders without VAT. This is done on request via our contact page.
Payment options Payment for the placed order can be made in various ways, via the web store this includes Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Bankcontact. On request you can request a bank transfer or a payment invoice. It is not allowed to share individual price agreements with third parties.
Unilateral cancellation TopGearFits Europe In the event that a product is unavailable at the time of order due to a variety of circumstances, TopGearFits Europe will promptly notify the customer and terminate the purchase agreement. In the event that a human or technical error has resulted in an incorrect, unreasonable, and unrealistic price being charged, TopGearFits Europe retains the right to cancel the order and refund the money paid as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days.
Discount Code Exclusions Only one discount code can be used per order. Not valid on previous purchases or returns. No cash back. Valid only while supplies last. Offers may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
Warranties
Unless the item specifies that it is appropriate for light commercial or commercial use, every new equipment sold by TopGearFits is protected by a minimum one-year parts and labor cover (excluding parts-only goods) for domestic use only (excluding consumable parts). The warranty is often higher than this. The equipment we sell has different warranties from different manufacturers. A ‘return to base’ warranty or a comprehensive on-site repair facility may be included. The manufacturer may occasionally mail a part for the client to install if there is a small defect (this warranty excludes consumable parts and damage caused by accident or misuse). Equipment sold for home or commercial usage is guaranteed to function in a typical, livable building. Manufacturers have the right to revoke warranties (for some kinds of electronic equipment) if the equipment is used in an environment that is not typical. This can include places near a swimming pool where the temperature is considerably different from normal and outdoor structures like sheds and garages. Light commercial and full commercial equipment have different warranties; please contact our sales department to find out the specifics of each equipment’s warranty.
If a problem arises with any of your equipment, please get in touch with us and provide the brand and model number, serial number, and a brief description of the issue. TopGearFits will send an engineer to the site, arrange for a part to be sent for the client to fit if it is feasible and may be applied or fastened by a reasonable person, or, in certain cases, request that the items be returned to our Technical Support Center for inspection. Before being picked up, the goods must be properly wrapped. No items will be allowed into our warehouse unless TopGearFits Company has given its prior approval. After repairing or replacing the equipment with a comparable or superior model, TopGearFits will return the goods to the customer at our expense.
Note that every piece of equipment is guaranteed for use in Europe. In some cases, we might offer a “back to base” labor warranty or expand this to include parts and/or labor outside of Europe. If a product is “back to base” for a warranty that is not in effect in Europe, the purchaser may be responsible for paying for shipping to and from the “base.” For further details, please get in touch with us before making a purchase.

Delivery and returns
Delivery
Orders placed with TopGearFits Europe are shipped by DHL, Palletways, and other reputable couriers. We let you know when the delivery is anticipated. This shipping day is determined by past experiences, product availability, and carrier capabilities. Unexpectedly, the order can arrive one or a few days sooner or later. TopGearFits Europe makes every effort to update the customer on the current shipping time.
Crucial
Products from TopGearFits Europe are typically heavy and bulky. Therefore, delivery will often occur on a pallet. The pallet containing the merchandise is brought to the pallet truck’s reach by the driver, who does not lift. This is typically on the front yard, driveway, or sidewalk in front of the client’s house or apartment complex. The consumer must consider that he may need to seek a friend or acquaintance for assistance in lifting the purchase inside. TopGear Company is not liable for any harm (such as rain damage) brought on by late delivery.
Rules regarding returns
The standard return period is 30 days. Customer must notify TopGearFits Company before returning an order so that Customer and TopGearFits Europe may fairly agree on the manner and time of return.
The following terms apply to returns of orders made within the allotted 30-day period:
- The customer has 30 days to return your order, valid from the moment you receive the order;
- The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment. Return shipments are at the risk of the customer. TopGearFits is not liable for damage to returned products or the loss thereof;
- The customer is entitled to a trial period. This period is intended to test the product. The buyer may take the product out of the packaging and test it, just like he would in a store showroom, and to the extent required to find out how well it works and whether it is totally satisfactory. If this isn’t the case, the customer must pack the product for return as much as possible in the original packaging, and in any case, in packaging that adequately protects the product from damage. The buyer is always liable for damage caused by improperly packaged products.
- Please Note: Only if the returned item is undamaged, complete, in good operating order, and in new condition will a total refund be given. In the event that this is not the case, there will be no refund or the cost of fixing any damage and replacing any parts will be subtracted from the amount that can be repaid.
- After the return has arrived at our warehouse and the above has been met, a full refund will be made to the bank account number used when ordering;
- When receiving an incorrect or defective product, the return costs will be borne by TopGearFits Europe.

Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment
The WEEE regulations’ overarching goal is to address the environmental impacts of electrical and electronic equipment when it reaches the end of its life. Under these regulations, we all have a responsibility to contribute to the reuse, recycling, and other forms of recovery of WEEE. More than 75% of waste electrical goods end up in landfills, where lead and other toxins contained in the electrical goods can cause soil and water contamination, which can have a negative impact on human health and the environment.
